我们处理的信息
为提供账号、关注、提醒、会员与事件复盘功能，我们可能处理账号标识、用户主动选择的关注列表、推送令牌、会员权益状态、邀请关系、产品操作记录以及故障诊断信息。我们不会要求用户提供券商账户密码，也不会接收或保管用于证券、期货、外汇或加密资产交易的资金。
使用目的
- 维护登录状态和跨设备权益；
- 根据用户关注列表发送高价值事件提醒；
- 验证购买、恢复购买和试用状态；
- 提供翻译、AI 辅助分析和历史事件复盘；
- 保障安全、排查故障并防止滥用。
第三方服务
应用可能使用 Apple 的应用内购买与推送服务，以及为公开内容、AI 处理、基础设施和故障诊断提供支持的服务商。我们仅在提供功能所需范围内传输信息，并要求服务商依照适用规则处理数据。
保存与删除
信息仅在实现上述目的、履行法律义务或解决争议所需期间保存。用户可在 App 内选择“我的 → 删除账号与数据”，删除账号及相关关注记录和推送登记。有效订阅需另行在 App Store 中取消。
儿童隐私
本服务不面向未达到所在地区数字服务同意年龄的儿童。若发现误收儿童个人信息，我们将采取合理措施删除。

Privacy Policy

Whale Signal may process account identifiers, user-selected watchlists, push tokens, membership status, referral relationships, product interactions, and diagnostic information to provide account access, followed-account alerts, purchases, translation, AI-assisted analysis, event reviews, security, and support.
We do not request brokerage passwords and do not receive or hold funds for securities, futures, foreign-exchange, or crypto transactions. Data may be shared with service providers only as needed for Apple in-app purchases and notifications, public-content access, AI processing, infrastructure, and diagnostics.
Users may delete their account and associated app data from Me → Delete account and data. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store. For privacy questions, contact support@zhiming.help.
