鲸言数据是一款公开信息研究与事件复盘工具。服务包括公开动态整理、AI 辅助影响分析、关注提醒、原文翻译、关注名额和历史事件复盘。
非投资建议
本服务不提供证券、期货、外汇或加密资产交易，不连接券商账户，不接收用户资金，不执行订单，也不提供个性化投资建议或收益承诺。用户应独立核实信息并自行承担决策风险。
历史观察
涨跌百分比以事件首次公开时间为锚点，是事件后的历史观察记录。该数据不能证明公开发言与价格变化存在因果关系，也不是实时行情、价格预测、交易信号或未来收益保证。缺少可靠观察数据时，应用不会生成或推测数值。
AI 内容
影响方向、商业价值、关联行业、公司、资产与传播路径可能由自动化系统辅助生成，可能存在错误、遗漏或延迟。原始公开内容与 AI 推断会在产品中明确区分。
购买与订阅
数字内容购买通过 Apple App Store 完成。订阅可能自动续费，除非用户在当前订阅周期结束前按 Apple 规则取消。用户可在应用中恢复购买；退款和订阅管理受 Apple 条款约束。
账号与使用
用户不得利用服务实施违法活动、干扰系统、规避访问限制或侵犯第三方权利。严重违反协议时，我们可依法限制服务。用户可随时在 App 内删除账号与相关数据。

The service does not enable trading, connect to brokerage accounts, receive customer funds, execute orders, provide personalized investment advice, or promise returns. Percentage changes are historical observations anchored to an event's first public timestamp—not real-time quotes, forecasts, trading signals, proof of causation, or guarantees.
